Fall 2018 Trip North- Day 6, Part 4- Port Hope, MI to Huron Township

The Golden Rod was flourishing and beautiful in this area.
Its the state flower of Kentucky which is usually in full bloom in late September.

Guess what was standing close by the "No Hunting" sign?
Another deer.  With a small rack !
 I'd say he's found a feast?
I've been saving barn pictures to post later,
but couldn't pass sharing the barns in Golden Rods for this post.
 Another nice quick stop.

A waterfront garage.
Huron Township on around the corner.

  1. Interesting to know that the state flower of Kentucky is the goldenrod - here it is classed as a weed. Funny to see the deer right next to the no hunting sign - smart deer!
