Quilt Shot Block ~ Kentucky State Fair Quilts 2018: Part 2

 So sorry I didn't capture the credits of these quilts.
Please help me identify the artists.
With this quilt, for some reason, I was fascinated by the border.
 This sampler was chocked full of inspirational ideas.
Very simple, but the colors attracted me to this warm quilt.
