because I doubt now it will arrive
before or on her birthday.
Note: the fabrics were stitched onto a piece of scrap embroidery stabilizer cut the size of the card.
Also, the mail carrier usually arrives around 3,
but on rare days maybe early.
I figure that will be this day?
Naturally it takes me longer
to choose the just right fabric.
The color for the house stumped me.
Its times like this I'm glad I've
organized my scraps by color.
Because I was in a hurry,

a pucker appeared!
I've declared it just has
"Nana Character."
I did get it in the mail on time,
including the mistakes,
but I had fun doing it anyway.

Mistakes? There are no mistakes - it's creativity at the highest level. I think you did a marvelous job of recreating the image and I know it's not easy to do in such a small format. Katy will love it!
