For some quilts, I had to take a close view for details.
My camera did manage to catch the glint in one of the eyes where a green bead had been placed in each eye of the animals. I caught one eye.
I'm guessing you cut out the animal in one fabric, cut it apart and turn under edges and applique?
What a perfect idea for a giraffe!
Definitely fiber art!
An artist has to have an eye for the right shade of fabric and where to place it. I also noticed the added quilting in the right place adds texture where needed. Amazing!
