Titusville, Fl Quilt Show- More

For some quilts, I had to take a close view for details.

My camera did manage to catch the glint in one of the eyes where a green bead had been placed in each eye of the animals.  I caught one eye.

I'm guessing you cut out the animal in one fabric, cut it apart and turn under edges and applique?
What a perfect idea for a giraffe!

Definitely fiber art!
An artist has to have an eye for the right shade of fabric and where to place it.  I also noticed the added quilting in the right place adds texture where needed.  Amazing!

You can see more quilts from the Titusville, Fl Show on the last post.
I plan to post a quilt created and made by a 92 year old lady I got to meet.
