Fun Friday~ A GIF of Winter Storm Blair

 

Besides sewing and quilting,

technology and photography 

are my other interests.

Tech was the teaching job I retired from back in 2011.

I still enjoy messing around finding out

what tech can do. 

The free Photoscape program

which is very similar to Photoshop

helped me create this GIF of the shots

I took periodically,

of the storm that came through last Sunday

all day.

We were on the edge of our seats

wondering if it would turn into

an ice storm.

Our town managed to not lose power.

Some in Lexington, KY south of us

were not quiet so lucky.

We are thanking God

over and over

for leaving us warm and safe

as below freezing temps

continue to come our way

all this week.

 

So the knitting needles,

and movies will continue here for a while.
