Tues Tutorial~ No Spaghetti & Meatballs


Here is a low carb meal if you are craving Italian flavors. The trick is to find the best tasting meatballs which is hard for me. Most of the time, I make them myself so they are 100% beef, but frozen sure are handy and make preparing this dish quick

1. Bake the meatballs till done in an air fryer about 370F for 12 minutes or till brown. Turn over.
2. Cover each meatball with about 1 Tablespoon of spaghetti sauce. 
3. Generously cover with shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese.
4. Air Fry for approximately 3 minutes at 400F.
 
 Add a side salad and your body won't have to figure out how to utilize the sugars of the missing spaghetti which you won't really miss. 
 
Such a quick meal for 1 person like me.

  1. Looks very tasty! We often buy pre-formed meatballs simply because they're easier (and far less messy!).
