Had a small piece of Lamé fabric.
Done some measuring, folding and gathering to make a quick prom dress.
Working with Lamé fabric can be very frustrating because it frays so easy. I used a single stitching foot (small round hole) to help the sewing machine to not gobble up the fabric at beginning of seams. I also used top stitching and a french seam technique.
*************Here is how to put it together. **********
Tip: Elastic is cut from old under garment. Softer and more narrow. Great size for this project.
Crocheted a scarf.
