Log Cabin
I made this Christmas quilt several years ago.
I used the "quilt as you go" method.
It's a lap size quilt I pull out every Christmas.

This past year's quilt challenge for my Quilt Guild was the Log Cabin.
Recently a showing was presented at our local museum.
Here are just a few shots:
Children and young at heart, encouraged to make their own Log Cabin,
if they got bored with someone checking out the displays.
The Peace Quilt by Diane Brinton
Little Roses Crib Quilt by Mary Ann Gaeddert
Log Cabin Quilt by Penny Gift
Batavian Jewels by Tara Gravitt
Happy Accident by Marie Keel
You can find other quilts from this exhibit

I wish there was something like this at a local museum here. Thanks for taking us along, Joy, I loved looking at the different quilts.

Log cabin is so versatile. Thanks for the quilt show. It's nice to have a special quilt to pull out for Christmas.
