Last time I used this pattern
was to make my oldest daughter
the jumper and jumpsuit.
I probably have not used 2/3 of my patterns.
There are probably almost 200 patterns.
Most what people would classify as vintage.
Since he's from generations of farmers,
this is for sure for my Great Grandson.
that believes my pattern collection is valuable.
However, because I know my family won't have
time to sell them online,
they probably are just a nuisance.
They sure do hold a ton of

This made me smile this morning, not only because your little outfit is so very cute, but also because I have been spending altogether too many hours perusing the internet in search of a baby dress pattern. Having a wee girl to make things for makes it a little more challenging and trying to find what I have in my mind's eye is proving harder than I thought. Commercial patterns these days (even if I could get to a 'real' store easily) are exorbitantly expensive.
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe what has happened to commercial patterns. Since you last mentioned, I've yet to see a Hobby Lobby sale. Used to be every month about 2 bucks a piece. So glad I kept all mine.
