The Jan 5th and 10th snow haven't set a record
at least in my life time.
There is a layer of ice at about the 6 inch level
so I can't ram a yardstick in the snow to measure how deep.
Instead, I've been monitoring
the snow levels against the flower pot and bird house.
Also, check the 2 water features.
I'm guessing 12 inches?
For north central Ky this is a lot of snow.
I even checked Juneau, Alaska's weather and
Monday we while we were 3°F, they were 38°F and raining!
I'm sure this will be a memory that pops up again next year.
I'm pretty sure we've already had more snow than we had over the entire winter last year. I'm more than ready to cry uncle, that's for sure.
ReplyDeleteOOoh all that snow gives me flashbacks to our winter storm from '21. I was not a fan of the snow and ice!
