My goal was to make a scissor holder for traveling. Then it quickly became a sewing kit to hold my tools to make my hexies on my travels to Florida this past winter.

When I needed a traveling sewing kit,
I was in the middle of making pot holders.
So, I grabbed a potholder,
and sewed a long zipper around it.
Instead of cutting off the end of the zipper,
I tacked it down to use as a handle.
