We saw a total of 10, TEN, covered bridges on day 2!
So day 2 won't even be shown in 2 parts,
because we got a ton of other beautiful pictures we want to share.
We traveled a lot of back roads.
Google map does make this much easier.
We couldn't have done this 10 years ago.
Mr. G & I decided this must have been an amusement park at one time.
There was a small railroad track still running around the grounds.
Perhaps the covered bridge was the entrance?

What a fun tour - I'm enjoying it from my end! Wonder where the name 'MudLick came from' - I've seen pictures of the Brubaker Bridge somewhere but can't remember where - interested to see the banners which are also done here around Remembrance Day to honour the people lost in the wars (living family members pay for the honor of having their loved one depicted in a banner and each year the numbers of banners grow).
