Fun Fri~ Binding a QOV: Picture Story & How to Determine Binding Amount
To measure binding, I take a width of fabric and lay beside length of quilt to see how many widths of fabric it takes and multiply by 4 to determine how many strips of WOF to cut. This is how much I had left over. I do not like tedious measuring.
My least favourite part of it is doing the binding. I can never seem to get my corners to line up correctly, possibly because I'm usually in too much of a hurry to get it done.
