Thoughtful Thinking Thursday #64 ~ Owens Lake ~ The Largest Source of Dust Pollution in the US

We traveled about 10 miles beside this former lake.

 A hundred years ago, man messed with nature and diverted the flow of this massive lake to 

Los Angeles causing the lake to go dry.
In the past few years, the river actually started flowing again.

 Today it is it is "the largest single source of dust pollution in the United States." NPR
