Brookgreen Garden Surprise

Last week we spent 2 days, totaling over 7 hours in Brookgreen Gardens @ Myrtle Beach.

This sign caught my attention:
I found it interesting that a lady designed the iron chairs.
So I took pictures of the chair for the design.
I started to sit in the chair to see how well it set.
But, I decided to sit in the other chair for more shade.
When I got back to the room that night, and looked at the picture,
I was shocked and got the willies.
Do you see my surprise?
I say God was with me to give me the feeling not to sit in that chair.

Sharing at several Linky Parties.

  1. Oh, wow, that's kinda creepy to see after the fact! I can't tell what kind of snake it is, but if it was poisonous, you were definitely fortunate! Nice chairs, by the way!

  2. That is awesome! I had to read this twice as it looked at first like the chair had a broken piece laying under it, after I read through the second time I noticed the broken piece of chair had moved, EEEK! I agree, the Lord was certainly watching over you that day! ~Diane
