Have you ever air fried, baked or grill chicken basted with Worcestershire Sauce?
I learned this from someone that added lemon juice which I did not,
because I had none.
I just sprinkled straight from the bottle to totally cover these chicken wings.
The upper right piece was left plain,
because this was an experiment and didn't want to ruin the whole batch.
No they aren't burnt.
That's just the color of the sauce.
I did cook slow at 350°F.
in air fryer about 40 minutes.
I don't use a thermometer,
I just cook till it falls apart.
Surprise #1
It made my kitchen smell so good.
Not like Worcestershire sauce at all.
Surprise #2
It tasted rather sweet and smoky.
Not like Worcestershire sauce at all..
Definitely keep the skin on to enhance the taste.
mmmm - looks yummy! I sometimes wonder if we shouldn't invest in an air fryer.
